Delete your Experioo account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion via email

If you cannot access the app, contact us from your registered email at privacy@experioo.app with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account.

Data retention and timing

• Account and activity data: deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
• Backups: securely overwritten on the next scheduled rotation.
• Legal/financial records: retained only as required by applicable law.

Export your data before deleting

You can export your activities and profile data in open formats by sending us an email request.

For security, we cannot process deletion requests sent from emails not associated with your account.
